Liz Fealy is a consultant with Hewitt Associates and a core member of Hewitt’s Global Corporate Restructuring and Change Team focussing almost exclusively on HR issues. She serves as M&A project coordinator including managing global M&A projects in Latin America, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Hewitt Associates, she practiced employment and labor law with the firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker.

David Kompare is a senior consultant with Hewitt Associates in their Corporate Restructuring and Change Group. Before joining Hewitt Associates he practiced corporate and securities law.
