Ukrainian individuals displaced either internally or externally due to the conflict	Non-Ukrainian patients
Patients of all age groups	Patients with substantial missing information or those lost to follow-up
Legal guardians representing patients under 18 years of age	Minors (under 18 years) without a legal guardian’s representation
Individuals who completed the patient enquiry form and consented to the service’s terms and conditions	Individuals who did not complete the patient enquiry form or declined to accept the service’s terms and conditions
