Variables of the model

Symbols	Definitions
$z_{k}$	Binary variable, indicating whether train $k$ is operated. If operated, $z_{k} = 1$ ⁠; otherwise $z_{k} = 0$
$a_{i}^{k}$	Integer variable, the arrival time of train $k$ at station $i$
$d_{i}^{k}$	Integer variable, the departure time of train $k$ at station $i$
$y_{i}^{k, k^{'}}$	Binary variable, indicating the running order of trains $k$ and $k^{'}$ in section $(i - 1, i)$ ⁠. If $y_{i}^{k, k^{'}} = 1$ ⁠, train $k$ is the preceding train of train $k^{'}$ ⁠; if $y_{i}^{k, k^{'}} = 0$ ⁠, train $k$ is the following train of train $k^{'}$
