ECS MR 2019 roles of respondents centered around either hierarchical general- and owning managers (31.7%) and supportive human resource-, finance, operations, etc. managers (68.3%). This is similar to the ECS MR 2013: 33.7% = of hierarchical general- and owning managers, 66.3% = supportive human resource-, finance, operations, etc. managers
