There are structured organizational processes for dialogue and knowledge-sharing among teaching staff
Evidence is collected to measure progress toward objectives and identify the reasons behind challenges
Teachers learn how to analyze and use data to improve educational processes
Teachers systematically analyze and use student and learning data to enhance their teaching practices
Teachers examine examples of both best practices and failed practices to learn from them
Teachers regularly discuss and assess whether actions have had the expected impact and adjust their approach if necessary
Various tools are used to facilitate communication between different groups and locations, selected based on specific purposes and target audiences (e.g. instant messaging systems, electronic registers, websites, social networks)
The overall internal and external communication strategy is continuously monitored to ensure its effectiveness and suitability to the needs
Shared spaces (e.g. digital and/or physical archives, online platforms) are provided for teachers to collect and exchange tools, teaching materials, and best practices
