Emotional resilienceAssesses the ability to rebound from challenges, cope the unfamiliar and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility/opennessAssesses the ability to be tolerant of differences, nonjudgmental, and be open to various ways of thinking and behaving
Perceptual acuityAssesses the ability to be empathetic and attentive to verbal and nonverbal behaviors and communication dynamics
Personal autonomyAssesses the ability to be self-directed, have a personal system of values and beliefs and to respect oneself and others
