Note(s): In the strategic importance of purchase dimension, for all criteria except A2, the experts rated score as follows: (1) a score greater than 0.5 was given to the commodity with high correspondence to the criterion; (2) a score of 0.5 (or lower) was given to the commodity with low (or least) correspondence to the criterion. A2 criterion was evaluated using the activity-based costing analysis with ratio of 80% (high value), 15% (low value), and 5% (least value). In terms of the supply vulnerability dimension, a score greater than 0.5 was given to the commodity with high complexity and vulnerability of the supply market, a score of 0.5 (or lower) was given to the commodity with low (or least) complexity and vulnerability of the supply market
