Notes:

The values in the diagonal cells are the square root of the respective AVEs of the construct. And the off-diagonal values are the correlations of the constructs with other constructs. The Diagonal values (i.e. the square root of the AVEs) are greater than the correlations, therefore, according to the criteria of Fornell and Larcker (1981), the discriminant validity of the constructs are established. In addition, the values mentioned in the parenthesis are the HTMT ratios of the correlations between the variables, which should be less than 0.85 to establish the discriminant validity. Since all the values in parenthesis are less than 0.85, therefore, according to Henseler (2016), the discriminant validity of the constructs is established
