I know the people who are involved by their first and last names and I can literally call them anytime I need them to ask a question or discuss a problem and they jump straight in to help me find a solution, because they know that if they have a question or a problem they can call me and we'll help them in return. So that sense of, um, equality and that interaction was very spontaneous and I think it's created a lot of opportunities going forward |
