    Initial metacognitive self-evaluation: Think back to before you started the project. Identify any strengths or weaknesses related to your ability to complete the requirements

    Mid-metacognitive self-evaluation: While working on the project, state observations that support or hinder your initial evaluation of strengths and weaknesses

    Final metacognitive self-evaluation: After completing the project, identify what you learned and the insights you gained. Address whether or not your initial evaluation changed, and if you obtained deeper skill development in areas you did not initially identify. Moving forward, what will you do the same and different for a similar project?

    Summary of why this matters: Identify what type of job or career you might like to have in the future. Why are assignments like this project important for your future job and entering the workforce?
