Farmers’ waiting time to adopt SWC measures is the specific years from the first time when they hear about the measures to the time when they actually adopt them. Because the waiting time of farmers who do not adopt the measures cannot be obtained, the number of samples put in the regression analysis of waiting time is the number of farmers who adopt various measures
