Note(s): The table shows the descriptive statistics for inclusive variables. Statistics regarding the number of observations (Obs), average values (Mean), standard deviation (Std.Dev.), minimum (Min) and maximum (Max) are presented. Included is also a unit root test Levin-Lin-Chu test - LLC (Levin et al., 2002). The test has been performed on the natural logarithmic of the variables with a trend. The test statistics p-value is included in the table. We also perform Moran’s I test for spatial correlation among the residuals using a contiguity spatial weight matrix.
