As the follow up questions: Can you describe the specific moment that you decided to do that? What came to your mind ? How did you get motivated ? Was there anybody or anything that helped you? How did you feel? Did you experience that in other occasions ? (Pugh, 2013) c. Added Question: How did you make sure that your intervention was successful?
Phase 2: failure story	a. Can you walk me through a recent experience in which you exercised leadership unsuccessfully? b. What exactly did impede you from doing that successfully? (Repeat questions about emotion as phase 2)
