Figure 2.
A heatmap shows correlations among constructs including technology, organisation, environment, business ethics, safety, working conditions, and skill enhancement, indicating moderate to strong positive relationships among all variables. The construct correlation heatmap displays numerical correlations between eight constructs: technology readiness, organisational readiness, environmental readiness, business ethics, occupational safety, physical and organisational environment, employment conditions, and skill enhancement. All constructs exhibit positive correlations ranging from 0.43 to 1.00, with the highest being between occupational safety and employment conditions at 0.62. Business ethics correlate strongly with organisational readiness at 0.59 and with employment conditions at 0.60. The matrix highlights interdependence among technological, ethical, and workplace factors, showing that readiness dimensions and human-centred factors are positively associated in supporting organisational sustainability.
