The flowchart illustrates the full process of a qualitative study, beginning with data collection by two researchers at three vocational schools with 27 informants. Transcription is completed using an artificial intelligence tool by researcher 3 and manually corrected by researcher 1. This leads to coding the data, followed by the creation of separate coding documents by both researchers. Two paths then proceed to meetings discussing findings for two research questions. These are followed by composing arguments around the themes with respect to theories and composing themes around the findings with respect to theories. After analysis, examples are selected to represent the arguments. The process ends with reporting and explaining the findings.
