The chart presents a structured two-stage literature review process focused on food in marketing. In Stage One, the domain is food in marketing using 4 and 4-star journals. The research question asks how food has been studied in world-leading journals. The source type is peer-reviewed journal articles, and the source quality is based on the C A B S Academic Journal Guide 2021. For acquisition, Web of Science is used with the keyword food as a topic, covering 2013 to 2024 and yielding 266 articles. Organising codes include article title, journal title, author name, publication year, focus, adopted theories, context, method, sample, and contributions, based on the T C C M framework by Paul et al. 2021. In purification, articles not focusing directly on food are excluded, reducing the total to 189 articles. Evaluation uses content and thematic analysis, with a proposed agenda of thematic gap analysis. Reporting highlights thematic analysis as care deficits, notes limitations to world-leading journals, and states no funding support. In Stage Two, the domain expands to include food in marketing using 3-star journals and related disciplines using 4 and 4-star journals. The same research question, source type, and quality apply. The acquisition step uses Web of Science from 2013 to 2024 with the keyword food, returning 416 marketing and 183 related discipline articles. The same organising codes and framework are applied. After purification, 252 marketing and 129 related discipline articles remain. Evaluation and agenda mirror Stage One. Reporting is again focused on care deficits, limited to selected journals, and notes no funding received. The three main phases, Assembling, Arranging, and Assessing, encompass all six steps across both stages.Overview of our systemic literature review of Stage 1 and Stage 2
