Key takeaway: the majority of respondents (42% full hybrid, 12% partial-majority and 21% partial-minority) reported using hybrid approaches in some form, indicating strong practitioner preference for combining agile and traditional methods. However, the 25% nonhybrid users show that hybrid PMM is not universally adopted, presenting the need to interpret this popularity as an indicator of applicability, not proven effectiveness
