FigureĀ 4
A visual presents four architectural montages exploring urban and media themes across two groupings. The visual is organized into two groupings positioned across the sheet. Top grouping: Two collage compositions are shown, both constructed from small rectangular fragments of printed media, signage, and graphic elements arranged to form closed loop or ring shapes. The upper composition is larger and positioned toward the upper-right area of the sheet. It consists of numerous small fragments including printed signs, labels, booklets, and graphic panels arranged in an irregular ring or oval shape. The fragments vary in orientation and size, and the center of the ring is left open. The lower composition is smaller and positioned toward the left side of the sheet, below the upper composition. It is similarly constructed from small rectangular printed fragments arranged in a tight square ring formation. The fragments include colorful printed materials and signage elements, and the center of the square form is open. Bottom grouping: Two rectangular compositions are shown side by side in the lower portion of the sheet. The left composition is a large vertical rectangle depicting a dense layered urban aerial view. Multiple overlapping map or satellite layers are superimposed, creating a complex multi-layered surface. Street networks, block patterns, and open spaces are partially legible beneath the layered tones. A dark curving band is visible in the lower portion. The right composition is a smaller horizontal rectangle depicting a stylized urban streetscape. Tall building facades with regular fenestration are visible on both sides of a central receding street. Horizontal bands of varying tones divide the composition, and the overall rendering has a fragmented or digitally distorted appearance.
