SETTING: Suburban southeastern middle school “I think that Student of the Month explains part of the purpose of school because it is a good goal to have. I have won student of the month twice and it was a great accomplishment for me. I had to work hard in all of my classes for my teachers to recommend me for this award. The student of the month is awarded to the hardest workers in the school and it is a great honor to have.
