The process and schedule for the Canton Learning and the Neighbor Learning environments. This provides a consistent starting point from which we can assess the effects of learning in combination with targeting. In the second stage, each Landowner Agent interacts with Winner Agents8 who provide information about their winning bids. In the third stage, Landowner Agents have the ability to change their bids before submission to the auction.
