Each map shows a section of a city with waterways (blue) and building blocks (grey). In map (A), red dots are scattered across the area, connected by thick red lines forming a complex triangulated network. Map (B) shows the red dots at the same position as in map (A), but connected using thin red lines. The boundary of the layout and the waterways are highlighted by purple lines. Finally, in map (C), the red dots are connected by thin red lines as in map (B). Also, the adjacent red dots are connected by thick red lines that run mostly along the waterways.
