This flowchart outlines the research process in a structured sequence. It begins with Question Formulation, emphasising understanding the existing literature and formulating the research question. The next step, Locating the Studies, describes the use of Scopus and W o S for identifying relevant literature, including specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. Following this, Study Selection and Evaluation addresses the two stage review process, with the number of potentially relevant articles stated for both stages, first stage with nine hundred ninety five articles and second stage with one hundred forty one. A clear indication of excluded articles and their reasons is provided at each stage. Analysis and Synthesis employs the Gioia Method and thematic analysis, leading to Reporting and Using the Results, which includes findings, discussions, and recommendations.
