The top section lists Scopus search strings including payment behavior, payment behaviour, consumer behavior, consumer behaviour, and post coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic terms, resulting in 436 articles. Inclusion criteria specify all fields, publication period from 2022 to 2025, and English language studies. Excluded subject areas include Veterinary, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical, and Engineering. The process narrows the results to 298 references found, 25 studies selected, 32 additional studies selected from Google Scholar, and a final total of 57 studies assessed.
