The conceptual framework diagram illustrates an organisational intermediation ecosystem for sustainable development in tourism. The framework is enclosed within a dashed boundary and organised into three connected stages: multisectoral networks, collaboration processes, and transformation processes. On the left, multisectoral networks include a social innovation intermediary linked with community groups, NGOs, universities, government agencies, and private partners. In the centre, collaboration processes include active listening, structured participation, strategic partnerships, capacity building, sustainable education, business modelling, and land conservation.
