The line chart shows a sharp decline from about 2,60,000 in 2019 to below 50,000 in 2020, followed by a gradual recovery to about 2,00,000 by 2024 for E C C U, while Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, and Jamaica remain lower. The Non-Immigrant Visas chart spans 1991 to 2023 with values mostly between 1,40,000 and 3,00,000, peaking near 3,00,000 around 2016 and dropping sharply after 2020 before a partial recovery. The Immigrant Visas chart spans 2000 to 2023 with values between about 10,000 and 42,000, peaking near 42,000 around 2016, declining after 2019, and recovering slightly by 2023.
