The diagram shows three columns. The first column lists activated drivers including financial gain, self awareness of issue, marketing opportunity, environmental sustainability and exciting novel solutions. It also lists barriers to overcome such as financial constraints, guest behaviour concerns, lack of expertise, similar implementation, decreased guest satisfaction and lack of resources. The second column presents interventions. Digital options include email newsletter, video links, digital handbook and one to one consultation. In person options include conference keynote and small group workshop. The third column shows implementation levels. One implementation used email newsletter only. Five implementations used a combination of two or three interventions. Thirteen implementations used all four interventions, which include email newsletter, handbook, conference talk and workshop.Conceptual framework of drivers and barriers interaction with communication interventions and resulting implementation level
