The legend lists epsilon 0.5, epsilon 1.0, and epsilon 1.5. Most curves decrease from about 1 to near 0 as eta increases. One epsilon 0.5 curve rises above 1, peaks at about 1.3 near eta 0.2, and then decreases towards 0. Higher R i values move the decreasing curves lower.
