The flowchart illustrates a cyclical risk and resilience assessment process. Simulation Engine, Tabletop or Live Exercise, feeds into Scenario-Specific Evaluation. This stage includes Scenario Risk Index, S R I, Scenario Weighting Guide, and Sub-metric Scoring from 0 to 5. An Instrumentation Bus connected to this stage captures tool use. The process then moves to the I R R S Scoring Model, which uses Scenario Risk Index, S R I, and Scenario Weighting Guide. Results flow into Maturity Curve Mapping, where scores are assigned to maturity tiers: 0 to 49 Ad Hoc, 50 to 69 Reactive, 70 to 84 Coordinated, and 85 to 100 Adaptive.
