The flowchart is divided into six phases. Phase 1 involves criteria and variables identification through literature review. Phase 2 includes a local experiment supported by a 3PL company in a virtual scenario. Phase 3 refines results with Phase 1 inputs. Phase 4 involves creating a synthetic database with 1000 simulations per strategy. Phase 5 includes normalization and assigning weights to determine the best strategy using TOPSIS.
