It identifies 1168 papers from Scopus and 136 from Business Source Premier, totaling 1304 papers for title review. After excluding 89 duplicates, 1046 papers are excluded based on inclusion criteria. 357 papers are identified for abstract review, from which 188 papers are excluded based on exclusion criteria. 169 papers are intended for full text review, and 55 papers are further excluded based on exclusion criteria.
