The flowchart illustrates a research study process starting with a baseline assessment via an online survey with 296 participants. This is followed by role-playing game exposure in facilitated small-group sessions using web-based RPGs accessed by smartphones or tablets with earphones, where participants complete three scenarios. Next, a facilitated debrief and reflection session involves guided discussions on scenario decisions and key learning objectives. A follow-up assessment is conducted four weeks after exposure to the RPG via an online post-test survey with 189 participants. Finally, the analytical workflow includes data cleaning, descriptive analysis, pre/post comparison, and mixed-effects regression modeling.Research process
