A flowchart illustrating the methodological steps based on the PRISMA Methodology. The process begins with the identification phase, where articles are identified in Scopus and Web of Science, resulting in 480 and 469 documents respectively. These are combined to give a total of 949 documents. Duplicate articles, numbered 340, are removed using Mendeley. The remaining articles, totaling 606, are submitted to the first screening. During title and abstract screening, 540 articles are excluded for not meeting the desired criteria. The subsequent step involves submitting 36 articles to full-text screening. After full-text analysis, 7 articles are excluded for not addressing the topic or not being found. The final sample consists of 29 articles.Flowchart of the methodological steps based on the PRISMA Methodology. Source: Authorsā own elaboration (2025)
