A flowchart illustrating the stages of a study on the impact of social media use on team performance in construction projects in Australia. The flowchart outlines the methodological stages of a study examining the impact of social media use on team performance in construction projects in Australia. The process begins with the identification phase, where records are identified from databases such as Web of Science and Scopus, totaling 375 records. Duplicates are removed, leaving 303 records. The screening phase involves excluding 231 records that are not aligned with research objectives, not empirical, lack measurement items, or are not related to social media use, knowledge sharing, transformational leadership, transactional leadership, or constructive conflict orientation in construction. This leaves 72 full texts assessed for eligibility. Further exclusions are made, resulting in 48 studies included for item extraction. The measurement development phase includes item pool creation, expert review, and pilot testing with 20 construction professionals, leading to a final instrument of 39 items across constructs.
