Figure 1
A conceptual framework diagram illustrating relationships between various factors affecting user satisfaction and intention to use a service.Figure 1 illustrates the structural relationships among work-related issues (WRI), quality of workplace (QoW), compensation practices (CP), supervisory/managerial support (SMS), job satisfaction (JSat), job insecurity (JIns), work-induced stress (WIS), and turnover intention (TurnI). QoW has a significant positive association with JSat (β = 0.819, p < 0.01), while SMS also has a significant positive association with JSat (β = 0.253, p < 0.05). WRI has a small non-significant positive association with JSat (β = 0.069), whereas CP has a non-significant negative association with JSat (β = −0.192). Job satisfaction is negatively associated with job insecurity (β = −0.450, p < 0.01), work-induced stress (β = −0.799, p < 0.01), and turnover intention (β = −0.316, p < 0.01). Job insecurity is positively associated with turnover intention (β = 0.441, p < 0.01), whereas work-induced stress has a non-significant positive association with turnover intention (β = 0.057).
