The timeline presents three workshops on climate actions. Workshop 1, 2023, aims to question current practices and ideate new ones. Its script covers envisioning a sustainable school in 2028, the current state, and analysis of current and near future activity. Its tools are a lecture on climate actions in a school context and the Development Chart by Ahonen et al, 2020. The interim task is to discuss development charts and visions with the work community and generate preliminary development ideas. Workshop 2, 2023, aims to ideate developmental experiments and commit to action. Its script covers reporting on steps between W S 1 and W S 2, generating development ideas, selecting ideas, and planning experiments. Its tools include a lecture on developing by experimenting, a four-field grid, and a planning form. The interim task is to further plan and implement selected ideas and collect experiences. Workshop 3, 2023, aims to evaluate experiment actions and ideate next steps. Its script covers evaluation of experiments, the development process, learning, and next-step planning. Its tools include a lecture on developmental evaluation and the From Experiments to Practice model by Saari et al, 2018.Intervention process
