It begins with original interviews and data collection totaling 10 hours and 20 minutes, resulting in 878 individual observations. These observations are categorized into 9 preliminary categories. Content analysis is then conducted to reshape these categories and code the observations under them. This leads to the identification of 10 critical issues. Research group workshops (RGWs) play a role in this process. Data source and investigator triangulation measures are employed by the research group (RG), involving both internal and external sources.
