The flowchart is divided into three main sections: Identification, Screening, and Included. In the Identification section, records are identified from four databases: Scopus with 16 records, Emerald Insight with 34 records, ScienceDirect with 30 records, and Google Scholar with 65 records, totaling 145 records. Before screening, 34 records are removed due to duplicates, ineligibility marked by automation tools, and other reasons, leaving 111 records. In the Screening section, 111 records are screened, and 13 records are excluded. 98 reports are sought for retrieval, but 7 reports are not retrieved. 91 reports are assessed for eligibility, and 4 review articles are excluded.
