An intergrative framework illustrating the dynamics of service ecosystem viability based on valence and forms of becoming. The framework is divided into four quadrants based on two axes: valence (positively valenced to negatively valenced) and forms of becoming (building to dwelling). Each quadrant describes different scenarios of actor engagement, transformation, innovation, and viability signals. The top left quadrant, positively valenced building, describes actor engagement as artificial intentional with shared purposeful action and interests, transformation through predefined conceptions and plans, innovation through dedicated cross-actor assemblages, and viability signals including shared optimism, strategic foresight, and desirable collective advantages.Service ecosystem viability dynamics: valence and forms of becoming
