A conceptual framework of sport service quality divided into three propositions: judgment object, evaluative level, and construct boundaries.A conceptual framework of sport service quality divided into three propositions. Proposition 1, titled Judgment Object, focuses on what is being evaluated. It includes evaluations of the controllable service delivery system, which consists of elements such as facilities, staff, access, equipment, scheduling, and program structure. Proposition 2, titled Evaluative Level, addresses the level at which evaluations are made. It includes three levels: attribute-level evaluations, which involve performance perceptions of specific service attributes like cleanliness and courtesy; transaction-specific overall service quality, which is the overall evaluation of the service in a specific consumption episode; and cumulative or global service quality, which is the overall evaluation formed across multiple episodes over time. Proposition 3, titled Construct Boundaries, defines where the boundaries of sport service quality lie. These include core sport product, personal benefits, and valence.
