The flowchart illustrates the stages of a literature review process based on the PRISMA protocol. The process begins with the identification stage, where 69 records are identified through a thorough database search in Scopus. In the screening stage, 3 duplicate records are removed, resulting in 66 records. Next, in the eligibility stage, 23 records are excluded for various reasons, including edited book chapters, reviews, meta-analyses, inability to access full articles, and irrelevance, leaving 43 full articles assessed for eligibility. Finally, the included stage shows the articles included in the literature review analysis.Review procedure based on the PRISMA protocol. Source: Authors' own work
