Moldova records the highest values throughout, fluctuating between about 800 and 3,200, with peaks around 1997, 2003, and 2013, and ending near 1,800 in 2023. North Macedonia remains mostly between about 500 and 1,100. Serbia starts in 2006 near 1,300, peaks around 2,400 in 2009, then gradually declines to about 400 by 2023.
