The flowchart illustrates a research process starting with initial focus groups involving 22 participants in 3 groups, including transport practitioners, academics, and supply chain professionals. This leads to subsequent focus groups with 45 participants in 6 groups of similar professions. Semi-structured interviews with 17 logistics services providers, warehouse operators, and senior infrastructure managers follow. Secondary data from 25 textual documents per disruptive event in Finnish, German, Hungarian, and English are also included.
