The flowchart begins with the preliminary stage, which includes identifying the problem of accommodation establishments, changes in travelers' needs, and changes in industry structure. This stage involves the initial exploration of practice and existing theory to formulate propositions P1-P2. A literature review is conducted to formulate these propositions, which are then tested in the case study stage. Cases are selected based on hospitality's cases capturing the variety of approaches to problem-solving. The propositions P1-P2 are tested, and if relevant, the model of the process landscape of nature-based accommodation activities is confirmed. If the propositions are rejected, the process exits the study stage. The final stage is the conclusion, which includes limitations and future perspectives.Conceptual model of study process
