The flow begins with 660 studies identified from Scopus between 2001 and 2022. Screening retains only articles and early access articles in English and removes conference proceedings and book chapters, reducing the total to 438. Further screening retains business, management, economics and social science, and interdisciplinary articles, reducing the total to 382. These combine with 156 W O S articles to give 538 articles.
