The flow begins with Identification of studies via databases. Under Identification, 612 records are identified from database searching, and 112 duplicates are removed. This leaves 500 records for Screening. Of these, 420 records are excluded, leaving 80 full-text articles assessed for eligibility. Of the 80 full-text articles, 45 are excluded.
