Figure 5.
Two line graphs track monthly construction cost components and manufacturing costs in millions N Z D over 12 months.The 2 line graphs cover months 1 to 12 and measure costs in millions N Z D. The first graph compares C C construction cost, M C manufacturing cost, D C design cost, T C transportation cost, and I C installation cost. C C rises from about 0.3 million N Z D in month 1 to 1.2 in month 2, then continues increasing to about 3.0 by month 12. M C rises from about 0.1 to 1.3 million N Z D. I C rises from about 0.15 to 0.9 million N Z D. D C rises from about 0.05 to 0.7 million N Z D. T C increases gradually from near 0 to about 0.3 million N Z D. The second graph compares M L C manufacturing labour cost, M a C material cost, F C factory cost, and M C. M C rises most steeply from 0 in month 1 to about 0.52 million N Z D in month 2 and reaches about 1.27 million N Z D in month 12. M L C increases to about 0.62 million N Z D, while M a C increases to about 0.57 million N Z D. F C rises to about 0.14 million N Z D by month 2 and then remains nearly level, ending at about 0.18 million N Z D.
