I am a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commission of the Rio Grande do Norte Regional Accounting Council (CRC – RN) in Brazil. I am the author of the book (Trans)formando Vidas: a discussion on diversity in accounting organizations; writer at Portal Contábeis (the largest Internet communication vehicle in the accounting field), my articles cover content on mental health, LGBTQIAP+ diversity and personal and professional productivity. I am an evaluator of national scientific journals.

Juh Círico My name is Juh Círico. I am a transgender woman, a PhD student in Accounting Sciences at the Federal University of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil. I have more than 11 years of professional experience in the accounting area and I have been working in the academic area as a researcher for five years. I have researched on LGBTQI+ diversity in Accounting Sciences, both at undergraduate, masters and doctoral levels and diversity in accounting organizations. My studies focus on the decolonial perspective of accounting studies.
