High corrosion resistant electroless nickel. Tri‐Kem Ltd, 56 Stewarts Rd, Wellingborough, Northants NN8 4RJ, has recently launched a new electroless nickel plating process which gives a very high resistance to corrosion. Known as Hi‐Cor, the process deposits a nickel‐phosphorus alloy capable, for example, of withstanding immersion in concentrated nitric acid for 30 seconds.
