Cookson Group plc and Magnesium International Corporation Ltd. announce that they have established a joint venture to manufacture synthetic micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigment. The manufacturing process utilises patented technology developed by MPLC Laboratories Ltd., owned by Magnesium International Corporation Ltd.
