Abrasive Developments, the Henley-in-Arden-based specialists in the design and manufacture of wet and dry blast cleaning equipment has announced a number of key appointments: Ian Middleton has been appointed UK field sales manager. Ian brings to the company many years experience in engineering and sales management. He now takes responsibility for securing sales of Abrasive Developments' large portfolio of standard and custom built VAQUA and VANTAGE blast cleaning machines and media.

Malcolm Kimberley, who first joined the company in the 1970s is the new customer services manager. His long experience in the industry will prove invaluable as his brief is to strengthen customer care by coordinating all sales, service and engineering activities, support expanding sales and implement marketing initiatives.

Richard Holcroft has taken over as export territory manager. He joined the company some four years ago as a marketing assistant and now looks forward to applying these skills in his new role which is to support the networkof agents and distributors located throughout Northern Europe.
